Nifty glider replaces threaded spikes or cones for loudspeaker or rack isolation and mobility with superb lateral stability. (With an efficient decoupling approach, spikes are not really needed at all.) Fiberglass reinforced dBNeutralizer-filled vinyl base with smooth polymer bottom handles virtually any weight load on bare or carpeted floor. With jam nut to lock-in height adjustment. (Superb also for use as turntable or amplifier feet.)

Giant Threaded Stud Glider: Same as above with threaded stud embedded with fiberglass-reinforced dBNeutralizer into large Magic Slider. Broad footprint provides superior lateral stability, with ample dBNeutralizer "beef" to isolate the heaviest speakers in the most severe vibrational conditions (nearly five times more vibration-absorbing dBNeutralizer than regular Threaded Stud Gliders).

Excellent service!
I ordered a wrong size, the return and change was easy and uncomplicated. The gliders work fine!
Threaded Stud Glider
Replaced the spikes on VTI audio rack. Now the rack is easy to move. A quality item well worth the cost! Sadly shipping takes forever.
Great isolation solution for floorstanders
An absolute must for floorstanding speakers. Not only do they sound better than the OEM-supplied spikes, they make it far easier and safer to adjust the position of the speakers.
Fantastic addition to my floorstanders
I wasn't expecting any major improvement to the sound of my speakers (Dali Rubicon 6) as I tried another well known, much more expensive and bulkier isolator and was disappointed. The main reason I decided to buy these little gliders was to move the speakers effortlessly and they do a great job at that but surprisingly they have reduced the boomy bass and improved the high frequencies, these now sound more natural and less harsh. I was expecting to pay customs and import duties in the UK but I didn't which was an added bonus. Highly recommended.
Great as usual
The gliders worked just as I hoped.
Good improvement . Not massive , but well worthwhile & recommended .
Re: Giant Threaded Stud Gliders Shortly after upgrading the crossovers in my Spatial Audio M3 Turbo S's I installed these footers . Which makes it difficult to attribute to which upgrade any improvement lies . After some time my opinion is the lack of muddiness in the bass is my primary improvement from the footers . The crossovers improved several qualities , but it's possible some of the attack speed and sound stage clarity comes from the footers . Speakers are easier to move and level . Lesson learned : Upgrade one thing at a time to gain certainty .
Don’t be a Audiophile Neanderthal
I get the necessity of isolating speaker stands from the floor. Your floors pick up sound waves that can be transmitted to speakers. But I never understood spikes. They’re like a vestige of the Neanderthal days of hi-fi, they damage hardwood floors and make it difficult to make fine adjustments to speaker placement. Not to mention they aren’t wifey friendly. Herbie’s Threaded Stud Gliders are effective at the isolation job and make it a cinch to slide the stands / speakers to the optimum position. They come in a variety of lengths and both metric and SAE thread sizes. I took the spikes my stand OEM provided to the hardware store where they had a device to measure spike thread size and then ordered an exact fit from Herbie’s. They’re well made and work great.
Glider feet are convenient and effective
these feet work very well to isolate my diy open baffle speakers from the oiled hardwood floor they sit on, which is quite resonant. They're also a great solution to prevent scratching the floor since these speakers need to be moved out for critical listening and then back in so they don't completely dominate the room. Bravo, great design Herbie!
excellent customer service.
I am the type of audiophile who enjoys researching everything. The threaded study gliders appeared to be the best product for my B&W 804d3 on my new wood floors. Richard answered all my product and technical question quickly. I am very pleased with the product and sound quality. The price was much less than competing products.
Threaded stud gliders for Graham Audio LS6f monitor loudspeakers
A very noticeable difference once added. Sound is more defined and lower bass registers also much more defined. No bass bloating. Sounds stage more structure everything in its place. Most worthwhile investment.
Great product
They are everything I expected. Easy installation. Big improvement over the furniture sliders I was using. I can now move my Martin Logan ESL 15a speakers as needed depending on WAF or critical listening.
